  • This full hour-long instructional video program demonstrates how to assess or perform a screening examination of the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) to rule out presumptive peripheral neuropathy of the nerve roots and peripheral nerves of the brachial and lumbosacral plexus. This video program will be a valuable aid in assisting clinicians who are looking for a clear and concise vehicle to review and upgrade their PNS exam procedures. Regardless of their field of study, healthcare students have found this video to be an indispensable tool when studying for board examinations.
The PNS EXAM interactive teaching video covers how to:
    1. Evaluate and Grade (Wexler grading scale) the Deep Tendon Reflexes (DTR’s)
    2. Perform an upper and lower extremity sensory exam (dermatomes)
    3. Perform an upper and lower extremity motor exam (Kendall & Kendall muscle grading scale)
    4. Evaluate the brachial and lumbosacral plexus
    5. Evaluate for Lower Motor Neuron Lesions
    6. Charting & Documentation
    7. As a bonus, Dr. Conwell demonstrates how to perform an efficient and timely “three-minute” PNS screening exam.

Greetings from the U.K beloved Dr Conwell.
I recently underwent nutrition response testing for my poor health.
I followed the practitioners advice after the examination but i actually felt worse after 3 months.
I just wanted to tell you sir, that i feel that nutrition response testing is a complete lie.
I just wanted to let you know my views having undergone the proceedure.
I do respect the medical profession sir, but i feel that not everything that is practiced in the medical profession upholds patient integrity.
That's just my view on nutrition response testing Dr.Conwell.
God Bless you sir, and may you continue to help many patients just as you always did in the past.
Lots of love from the U.K.
