Awesome to see more people highlighting the power of FOSS GIS! One point to add about Docker volumes: they're crucial if you want your containerized database to retain data after a reboot. Since containers are designed to be stateless, any data not stored in a volume will be lost when the container stops. It's an important concept for those new to Docker to understand.

Docker deskop is stopping engine … i downloaded the lastest version … Error dialogue says my pc doesn’t support WSL 2
You might try and find an older version of Docker that works with your PC. Try to search your model/OS and see what Docker will work.
