- Today I'm test riding the new 2023 Suzuki GSX-8S. The brand new engine from Suzuki is fun, torquey and user friendly. Fitted as standard with quickshifter, power modes, traction control and a great looking TFT dash, the new GSX-8S is one of the best middleweight naked bike you can buy in 2023.

Your Fan, student And friend.. Excellent review thank you sir for your Love care and information 💓
Thanks again, very kind 😎👊
Great review. You sound American in the UK? It’s a great motorcycle that is certain. Much nicer on the eye than the Hornet.
Thanks and totally agree!
PS. I was born in Italy, moved to the US when I was young and picked up this horrible accent 😅
Currently weighing up my options between a 790 duke, hornet and maybe this. Or a cheaper option of a used sv650 z650 or mt07
Swaying mostly towards the duke 790
Coming from a 390 duke which is used purely as a toy.
The 790 Duke is a really good choice also. I'd say the Suzuki feels more grown up but the KTM has more power. Handling is very similar 👍
same here xD 390 Duke and I don't know which of the 3 bikes to choose
What did you choice. I’m always coming from a 390 v2 to one of these. The Honda or the Suzuki is my last two to choose from.
CBR 650r - good bike but i miss the comfort of a naked bike. i tryed the Suzuki but the engine Noise was annoying. the Hornet is very comfy und the KTM is more sporty. if u like corners choose ktm, if u enjoy long and chilling rides choose hornet. Today i would choose ktm again@@chriswest2290
When you do a test with honda cb750?
As soon as I possibly can honestly 👊
1300 US dollars more, you can get xsr,900. Less weight, more power, better looks, and adjustable suspension.😊
hard to think of an uglier bike than the xsr900 , gsx has rear suspension adjustable, the front is perfectly dialed in since the bike is engineered with balanced weight ratio to perfection . and for for more power the after market has already added a dozen horsepower on the cheap
Can't really compare it to the 790 duke with it being down on power, it's a lot more comparable to the MT07.
It's definitely down on power, no doubt about that. But handling wise you'd be surprised by how much alike they are!
but it's SO ugly... that 'transformer' shit wasn't nice to look at when it started and it's not nice now...
It looks cheap... like a kawasaki z400.. like 'we've got bike at home' energy..
I wanna see one with a round headlight swap and a belly pan...
Still though they should have just upgraded the SV...
