Our defense was so great but our only weapon on offense was Jamal. We had to depend on the defense to bail out the offense and score. The amount of pressure on Ed Reed every game for a pick six was insane. We couldn’t buy a TD on offense

I know Manning had his post season struggles but you can’t deny the kind of football player he was…. Smart, first guy at practice and the last to leave, made every not so good player better, coach and coordinator, not problems off the field or
Badmouthing players and coaches… if your son was guaranteed to make it to the NFL once he graduates, what player would you want him to be like and get taught by? Peyton Manning

      Depends on the position
I'd want my son to be an Ed Reed type, cerebral and studies hard

2005 Colts were special. As a Pats fan, I'd say if Tony's son doesn't commit suicide, Indy could go undefeated.

One of the most disappointing years in Ravens history...Kyle Boller can do that to you.

Plus ridiculous injuries riddled the Ravens. Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Peter Boulware etc.

@ ct archives I have few request do you have the 2014 divisional playoffs between Dallas vs Green Bay the no catch Dez Bryant game? Also do you have 2015 afc divisional game between the ravens vs patriots?

Manning Shredded The Ravens "D" often at its finest. He dominated them so much that it was often a blowout. In 2007 & 2008 at least with Manning taking a commanding 44-7 lead them letting them score two touchdowns that really could've been stopped if fully played. The 2008 one was Colts not playing nice and letting a blowout occur. Here are some potential let up games...
1999: Colts Vs Eagles (Colts Lead 44-3) and then McNabb scores two unanswered touchdowns in which Mora challenged
2007: Jason David Getting A "Free" Touchdown in which the Colts demolished the Saints 41-10 and should've been 41-3.
These games signal what maybe the use of the mercy rule comes into play which means (let up fewer points to prevent a total embarassment for the opponent).

Watching this and of course trying to imagine that defense playing along Lamar's offense.

Peyton still blowing them out. Colts had a high power passing attack with a decent pass rush them days, you had to throw the ball to beat ‘em.

But admittedly I feel the best Colts team was in 2009 when they lost the SB
Even the 06 team I feel was kinda overrated and the Bears were the best team that year

Nah, rather have defense in a Joe Flacco led offense featuring Ray Rice, Boldin, Dennis Pitta, Jacoby Jones, Jackson, etc. The same offense from 2012 that went on that miraculous playoff run and won the Super Bowl for the Ravens. Everything fell apart after Boldin was traded. Pitta got injured. Rice was excommunicated. And Jones left to the Texans.
