Usually at the point in a case where SSA is sending out a work history report, they have not yet finished evaluating the medical evidence to make the determination of whether someone meets a listing. So to answer your question, it is not uncommon to have to complete a work history report even if you ultimately will be found to meet (or equal) a medical listing.

What if I was in the Air Force and I was ultimately expected and had to be prepared, until I kept getting hurt, to be able to pull a body out of a bad situation even though it, thankfully, never actually happened?
Christine Boswell-Sexton Remember that it’s important to not only prove that you can’t do the past work you performed in the Air Force, but depending on your age, you may have to prove that there is no work at all that you are capable of. Either way, the purpose of the work history report is just to get a good summary of your typical job duties-not so much to prove your case.

The VA gave me a 100% disability rating because I have narcolepsy with cataplexy, bipolar with and without psychotic features, GAD, complex chronic PTSD, MST, eosinophilic esophagitis, benign idiopathic intracranial hypertension, partial paralysis of all radicular nerve groups, neuropathy, migraine with and without aura, paralysis of the sciatic nerve, degenerative disc disease, limited motion of the jaw and loss of feeling to the left side of my face, papilledema, major depressive disorder, etc. I was told social security would too based almost entirely of my VA rating. Is that not true.

Dear Sir my question is this; what if the claimant is an individual whom had suffered a terrible stroke (he is 63, his bro 58) leaving the claimant (11 months and still here still not approved nor denied) without the power of speech or writing. He can utter sounds though it's gibberish because his aphasia the word's he'd want to speak get all error twisted up in the guy's speech centers and those kinds of things to where his spoken sounds come out as single sounding vowels A A A a a a O O o o o u (effectively gibberish poor guy) his frustration levels too can escalate obviously making these sounds proportionately louder to that degree the speech crisis lasts and depending upon his audiences (yours truly) energy, functional reserves it'll more often then not be possible to intercede with humoring him there by bringing him back from his aggravated grief bringing him back to that safer zone. My question is since I am acting for him in doing the calls to and from SSA letters to and from SSA..... Do you kinda see where I'm going here like in regards actually to those function report forms ? I mean GOSH they just a been sending em out and they address one copy lol but not too loud... It MAY be funny though some day... one copy his name and a copy my name WHAT...? I don't know exactly know what to make of it I'm not my brother so there's some area's like that......? Where I mean, like I am not sure what to do (I did actually schedule a phone interview with an Attorney whom in fact actually handle my SSID claim 8 years ago and successfully too. But then again it's kinda still like my brother hasn't been denied yet but nor has he been approved either...........? So myself I don't know how he'll be... if he can help us or not ? We'll see. I know this much it's not at ALL feeling right. My brothers initial SSA worker apparently vanished the replacement told us a couple months ago....? Told us this after I in fact became irritated to a degree when it became apparent my correspondences phone calls, letters, email texts were not answered...oh my gosh....? Not going too good is it Sir ha ha ha OH my g... It's a claim filled with other issues in area's where it's becoming more n more obvious that it has.....? I THINK We've been putting her on the rock's not smooth sailing my best analogy. I have one of those cranial nervous system illnesses MS in viral origin so maybe a part of it is with me (lol yeah my medical records do indicate the presence of cheese where once was white n gray matter and in abundance too I'll add......😜) academic regardless cause my dear brother n I are together and a couple a few junkyard dog fighting spectacles between brothers hospitals doctors n staff AND little ol me....😝 in regards too releasing my brother to come back home with me and NOT no antiseptic s. h. of a skilled nursing facility locked behind the cold walls and windows of the SARS 2 COV 2019 isolation protocols NO WAY ABSOLUTELY NOT GONNA HAPPEN 🎆🏥↗Mars at 4k per second.... They didn't want too (it was their ASS too I understand that if their concerns be there regarding my health issues n obviously there's issues I'm dying too ha ha ha oh... Gotta have a pretty good sense of humor if your me... ha ha LoL SO anyways bro busted out some how n an old friend of brothers was notified first LoL they didn't want to call me with that one 🐒um your brother's kinda missing Mr B.....😜°°°°°what's did u say.............😳🐨🐼 but apparently they'd gotten a hold of Bros carwash jobs owner in between fella...?
