what happens when a company delisted from CSE and the persons who had stocks from that company.Are they lost their capital or eligible for compensation

If desisted due to regulatory issues, only thing is, the shareholder cannot trade the stock easily as there is no platform. but he still owns the same percentage of the company as before, and the shareholder can sell the shares to any willing buyer. But obviously the trading liquidity is lost due to no proper platform. Therefore it will not have any impact on the shareholder's legal ownership % of that particular company.
