I can’t believe that you and Gabe finally have your house and that you’re doing so well. I have watched since the first video, there was a time when I was super sick 2 years ago and I binge watched EVERY video you guys have. Funny, I felt the same way about starting of the new year!
This is why I am doing a fruit and vegetable fruit detox for three days. It's super hard at the times of the day I usually have my "favourite" meal of the day but I am on day 2 and I feel so good. Not only do I feel like my body can relax but also mentally I feel great.

When you go grocery shopping if you're trying to pick out healthier stuff, shop the perimeter of the store because usually all of the stores put the whole foods on the perimeter and all the processed food are on the aisles in the middle!
