I hate so much that statement of "LeBum James is the most complete player ever" how TF is not playing any defense being complete? How is having a 75 FT % being complete? How is having a -40% outside of 3ft shot being complete? How is 5 turnovers per game being complete...
LeFraud is and always will be just a big dude abusing his size in a league with smaller and skinnier players, he's 100% a score first guy but since he can't handle the rock he has to make emergency passes whenever he can't bulldoze his opponents.
I saw him his entire career, I had huge hopes for him, a 6'9 dude athletic as all hell, gave him a couple of years... same moves from highschool... some more years same moves... never learned anything, evolved anything or grew in any way, all he got was whinier and more and more toxic.

I tried scrolling through the comments, but didn’t see anyone comment this, so apologize if someone already did, but MJ wore number 12 that one game because his jersey was stolen, so the equipment manager had to give him a random backup jersey for that game. Also, it’s a small thing, but it annoyed the hell out of my that the narrator said twice that MJ missed the majority of the 1985-86 season with an “ankle injury” - he had a broken bone in his foot. Feels better getting that off my chest 😆 Just came across your channel and love it. Sounds like we’re around the same age and had the same MJ experience.

Also, just for context, game 6 in PHX 4th quarter, Chicago only scored 12pts and 9 of those are from MJ. Also, it's Krause's fault why he torched your Suns (well 90% of the reason) for saying in the media that Thunder Dan was a great defender. So in typical MJ fashion, he took it personally.
Story with the number 12 was someone stole his jersey (Magic staff if I remember correctly) then the Bulls tried to go around the arena to look for a Bulls 23 jersey but they couldn't find one that would fit MJ,. Say what ?!?!?! "THE MOST COMPLETE" ?! Come on, come on! Is he a great defender like MJ was ?! Did he won dunk contests like MJ won?! Does he give all in the field like we are seeing right now?! Did MJ made so much travelling like Lebron did?! Did MJ missed so many throws or airballs like Lebron did?! Come on, to be the GOAT or the most complete player, all of these and more must count!
Oh man.... " Most Complete " .... oh man.... sorry., i'm still really disapointed with this statement taking all in account. But the video is quite good.

They sound like jabs. 4 HOF players, repeating THE MOST ACCURATE 3 POINT SHOOTER OF ALL TIME on the same team. 😒 Kerr was making only a 3 per game, terrible defender, his playoff numbers were cheeks etc like we're not dumb and I can see what he's trying to do. There's other points in the video where he throws little jabs when a simple rebuttal with context and common sense would make him edit his script. Shit annoys me

Were the Pistons really on the decline, though? Rodman(DPOTY/1st team All Defense) was at his best, Dumars was at his best (All NBA 3rd team, and All Defense 2nd team, All Star) and the team still won 50 games and ranked #1 defense with Zeke missing half the season. If he was healthy, they would have been 60+ wins also, shit it might have been their best team reg season.
Zeke's wrist surgery was in Jan. 91, was already back before playoffs and had several 20+ and 15+ games. He was just really inconsistent in the playoffs but how much of that is that he got locked up? Injuries are part of the game. He was out there playing 40 minutes. If MJ was doing that with his hurt wrist in 93 Finals against the Suns and lost or 91 Finals with his hurt toe and lost, we'd never stop hearing about how MJ was a loser.
Isiah played 78 games in 92 and had near equal numbers he had during their championship run so it wasn't a decline.
The Bulls were just far and away eclipsing the best that the Pistons ever were and the 91-93 or 96-98 Bulls would beat any of the Pistons championship teams.

and yet another common narrative "Phil turned the series around when he switched Pippen on Magic" that's more complete bogus narrative. Pippen defended him full court and still almost got scored on and thats the famous play that created that narrative, but reality is he didn't defend him any more than Jordan did. Yes Magic could post Jordan and had tougher time on Pippens length, but Jordan did solid on him as well.
Here's Pippen's own quote “Defensively, we did it together. I can't take the credit and he can't take the credit,” Pippen told Jack McCallum in 20112. “In '91, I got some credit for defending Magic, but Michael defended him too. We wore him down together.”

I'm curious realmindcrime, why didn't #50 on that georgetown team commit to Jordan's shot? Dude has his back turned and going towards the basket, which I understand probably going for a rebound, but still Ewing is right there. 14:00 i think it has more to do with what the gameplay is, what role he was told to fulfill.. because the bulls know how good jordan is from the start, pre- phil jackson bulls centered their offense on him add the fact that the league didnt have a formula yet for a team with no dominant big man, i believe they just didnt have an idea how to optimize MJ's arsenal..
MJ's triple doubles and high assist numbers when he was told to play the point supports this opinion as well..
Jordan isn't a stereotypiical score first guy, he was a super athletic player with a great knowledge of the game and a disciplined mind that makes him coachable, versatile and confident to play any role on both sides of the floor..

Yeah that video had a lot of facts but also a lot of cap.
MJ wasn’t a ball hog early in his career because he wanted to be. He needed to be or they wouldn’t win.
MJ had more assists his rookie season than Larry Bird did in his.
MJ didn’t have the talent Larry did either as so many perfect passes to teammates became missed layups or bricks from his teammates.
Don’t get me started with the lack of respect for Tex Winters Triangle as that video tried to give Pippen the credit for it all. Also Pippen didn’t relieve MJ from defense. MJ would cover weak side and hover everywhere. Hardly resting.

    This is a great video!
I do have some reservations about the idea that MJ didn’t pass the ball early in his career.
As you said, that was the only way to win.
I’ve watched some old games, and many times MJ did pass the ball to open teammates, only for them to miss very easy jumpers.
The worst offender was Corzine, who used to miss dunks and layups regularly; so, who in their right mind would prefer to pass to teammates knowing they’d probably miss more often than not?

    • @TheRealMindCrime
      @TheRealMindCrime  12 дней назад +1

Exactly. So MJ would have to take over in the 4th to try to win but he was never selfish or a ball hog. MJ was shooting 50-55% from the field most games back then so even with 3 bodies on him he was still the best option to win in the 4th lol

The Wiz in context adds to his greatness. He had a 19 win team from the year before in the playoffs (4th seed I think) until he messed up his patella. MJ lead the team in ppg, apg, steals, and was 3rd in rebounds. Rip was the only other player to ave 20 pts, no one else ave more than 10.2 pts, no one but MJ ave more than 3.8 assists, and Popeye Jones lead the team in rpg at 7.2. That was a truly crap team that MJ was carrying to the playoffs. They still almost made the playoffs even after MJ had to have surgery because they were so good when MJ played.

  • @florianpoulin7108

New meaning of the GOAT : Basketball God of all times !
Did you noticed this curisous fact that during MJ's 3 first finals it was an occasion to challenge himself against his rival by trying to be better than him on his own territory (91 : 11 assists vs Magic, 92 : the 3's vs Drexler, 93 : more points than Barkley + his finals high 8.5 rebounds per game).
About 3 peat, I think one untold reason why the Pistons were so disappointed in 1991 is that if they had won, they had a chance to 3 peat first, and be the first team for a while to do that. Thomas's legacy and his ranking in GOAT debate would have be seen differently, equal or even superior to Bird's 80s Celtics. MJ ruined this opportunity.
