  • Virginia Department of Agriculture requires a washable wall behind all wet areas in a commercial kitchen. The best and cheapest way to make this happen is to install fiberglass reinforced plastic sheeting, otherwise known as FRP, over top of sheetrock. This was not a fun job at all but we got it done and keep moving forward (at a snail's pace!) with creating a commercial kitchen at Forever Foods Farm. October 17, 2021.
