Here’s a quick video on “how to” do Lisa Bonet, inspired braids using human hair. You can order wet and wavy, body wave, or deep wave hair, for this look. I don’t get paid to promote, so I don’t think I’ll be naming brands in my videos, until my account can grow from everything I’ve been sharing thus far.
    Thank you for watching!

Honey, you did that. This has got to be the most informative, creative braiding tutorial i have ever seen. There are so many talented women on RUclips and you are a standout. You mentioned you have been braiding since you were 9 and it shows. Your tips have saved a lot of us money, especially with the prices they are charging these days for braids. Thank you for sharing, and I will definitely be checking out your channel, and referring you to everyone I know. Great job!! ❤

I've watched probably hundreds of these boho braid videos and this is definitely one of the best, if not theee best. So many gems. I love just using a small amount of 'braiding hair' when starting the braid. And I so LOVE just pulling out small pieces of the human hair as you go. It looks sooo much more natural and polished than pulling out the big ole chunks. And some people don't even braid the second leg down and it ends up sticking out of the side of the braid. These look flawless. The face framing...color blending...the doggone crystals....oh I could just go on and on! So beauty-full Sis! Thanks so much for sharing your techniques!

Wow❤❤❤❤thank you soo very much❤❤ yes, I can’t do super heavy hair, it slowly breaks the hair, due to the weight of each braid..the crystals are jewelry crystals with the tiny hole..use super fine sewing needle!! Thank you❤❤❤

Wow! all i can say is Wow... Your hair is gorgeous, you did a wonderful job. Kudus to you. I know I am unable to do this, my question what or how can I convey to braiders that I don't want heavy braids? I love it kinda loose and not neat. My natural hair is about the size of a ruler and a half. Should i cut it low then have someone braid it with the synthetic hair? Again your hair is exactly how I want mines.

Thank you🥰 if you have long hair already, your hair can be braided in small box shapes, and they can still pull “your hair”, through each section, to give it a messy braid look.
Tell them if they add hair, don’t make it heavy, use less of the fake hair.

Thank you, because I’m not paid or sponsored I don’t shout out brands, I can tell you the texture is “deep wave”, or “wet n wavy” it’s easier to use 18 to 22 inches, since you’d make them longer as I did. It’s harder to use short hair due to how much you’d add on, causing weight to each braid. You can also cut old weaving hair that’s wavy, to mix it up a bit. Anchor each braid with some sort of “kinky”, hair incase your scalp sweats, causing hair to slide.
      Hope this helps💗

How many packs of hair create this style. I will be doing my hair this way too.

There’s never really a clear answer with this, it all depends on the braider. I can do 3 to 4 packs, sometimes 3…it also depends on the bundles.

      Hello again,
So there’s no particular brand, also due to the fact I’m not paid by brands, I try not to give others business, until I can earn. I’d say wavy textures or deep wave textures were used to achieve this, and that’s saying a ton.

How in the heck are you gonna take it out..... ?

I actually started doing them over, section by section! Lots of de tangling softening conditioner..I let them air dry, and just start unbraiding, and re braiding. Probably why I’ll keep them for a bit, much easier to do sections at a time.
