Thanks Wolf, the weather was perfect and the sceanry was about as beautiful as it gets. And Thanks for watching! And btw, that was a Fast Pace so congratulations!
It is one of the most beautiful trails we've been on, sorry to hear the smoke from all of those CA fires are causing poor air quality. Thanks for watching!
Right there in the beginning going past that campground and down aways is where we saw a moose last time we biked that trail, we even got a picture, you gotta watch for them..
Now that was a tree lined bike path! I noticed the Stava link. Liz, you can ride with no hands for longer than 2 seconds, especially at that pace. You guys were flying on that path. Another great ride, thanks for sharing.
I would really appreciate if you could give an approximate mileage on each of the rides - some have it and some don't (like this one) - it's really helpful to enter into my exercise diary for the day. I love these videos and use them very often so I am grateful for your postings -thanks!
Thanks again for your feedback. We have taken your comment to heart and from now on will put the approximate distance in the description. You'll find it under the date of the ride. Thank you for watching our rides and see you in the next one!!!
Hi Howard, I'm on a Juiced Cross Current X (CCx) and Liz was on her Luna X1 Enduro, those are the bikes that were stolen so now we both have Juiced CCx's Thanks for watching!

I “only” rode 22 minutes. But that was enough! Nice scenic workout.😊
See if you can see how long Paul lets go of the handlebars! And enjoy this beautiful ride on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes in Idaho!
And how long can you ride without touching the handlbars? I (Liz) can only go 2 seconds!!
You’re inspiring us
Thanks Nancy, that's great to hear. Keep pedaling 🚴♀️
Awesome!!! Love your taste in music, it was perfect with this ride. Thanks so much for these videos, I really enjoy them!!!

We just rode this stretch a couple days ago (7/25) and enjoyed it very much - but the weather was a bit smoky.

We were hoping for a moose sighting but sadly didn't have one. Beautiful trail though! Thanks for watching.

Thanks Robert, I guess I need to push past fear and make myself let go a little longer each time! :)

Hi Diana, 30 min @ 23 MPH (we edit out the stops) so we covered a tad under 12 miles. Keep pedaling 🚴♀️

Can you share trailheads where you part. Most videos do not show this 🤷♀️.Helps to have starting and ending points please
Any idea why the time elapse and stop start buttons disappear on some vlogs and not others?
Not sure why that is happening
