@@decimation9098 This was before complex death animations was made and or either popular. It was not used in the video. It's purely the ragdolls from 'ReAgdoll".
Last rebel to get shot had it quick, the second rebel got a ball shot and was left to bleed out, very painful lmao
less blood would make it more realistic but it is hella satisfying. what would be cool tho is wounds and blood based on if theyre shot on clothes or on skin or in arteries

hey! just wanted to ask you a question;
i downloaded the ragdoll and blood and stuff, however, everytime i kill someone in the same map you are in, the textures are sort of.. very grey? or very transparent.. just wanted to know if its purely a addon issue or a map issue (since in the video i saw you killing them and the textures are fine, but the textures of the floor and wall are like what i said)
anyway, great videos, keep the good work!
update: i uninstalled a bunch of stuff, even the blood, ragdoll, etc, and yet, it doesnt work, it still makes those (also, side note, for some reason, the hl2 weapons now emit their own lightning even in the most dark place ever)
if you have other addons other than the ones in the collection then thats most likely a reason, if not im sorry i cant help you.

Maxwell why don't blood addons work on regular NPCs from Half Life 2? and on other addons too, although it works on the addon with cops, have you encountered such a problem and how to solve it?
nope. not at all. thought i've been experiencing no animated blood wounds, blood stains, or bloodpools. i have no fix so i am waiting for an update or something.

Update: An addon called "Fake hits fix" was the problem for me. If you have that installed, try giving that a try and that might fix your issue.@@lfyzka
I didn’t have it installed, unfortunately, it’s a shame that I can’t fix this error, but it’s such a good collection(@@Hauntedfrr
By the way, there is another problem, only some NPCs have sounds after death, and halfe life 2 NPCs do not have them@@Hauntedfrr
whats the sound effect of the ragdolls getting shot in the head? its brutal but Im not sure where to find it or what mod it could be.

Such nice mods, sucks I'll never have the same results no matter how hard I try.
just experiment alot. It's mostly reshade and weapons that give it the effect. I used CSM Shaders in the video so the shadows may look really nice. It does have a good impact on performance. Just try making it more personal preference or copy other youtubers settings.

@@Hauntedfrr just did a comparison on my gmod (rip 1gb of space) and I find that the textures and animations are extremely similar so that is probably why I was confused, sorry for the trouble

If you're talking about fov, type in the console "fov_desired ___" or get a fov mod
