Thanks for the video. I was into electronics when I was younger (and mirrorless cameras were a long way into the future. This has inspired me to start playing around with it again.
Thanks mate. Yeah it’s never been easier I reckon. I was completely self taught off the internet what a resistor was etc. I’m going to make a video shortly on how to put these glowing little beauties to use. Have fun. 🙏
wohoooooo, this is such an instructive and super interesting topic to even understand the differences between the diodes. Reminder to myself: Not all light sources are the same. Excellently presented examples of light intensity. Next I'll probably take a course that shows how to solder diodes correctly😅. But that's exactly what sets you apart, dear Denis ☮️✌🏼
Hey legend! Thank you. I’ve shot a little tutorial that is nearly finished making a circuit. I learned some new info that proves I am always learning. Always. I think you’ll like it. Massive love 🙏
Really looking forward to the next video in this series.. I've wanted to learn about the electronics behind LEDs for a long time now.... I'm off to head to the local electronics stores for some bits and pices 😀 !!
Haha. Thanks mate. Look, the point I’m making, and I look forward to sharing this story soon, is that I left school super early and always struggled to learn. So I want to try and encourage others who struggle to learn stuff to have a go. I had a clinical diagnosis for adhd last year. It made me realise so many things.
led's 101, nice video Denis, i have blown out lots of leds just seeing what will work usually from old Christmas light strings lol. tuff to figure out what resistance to use, and yes lots of videos out there if you want to start calculating. lol thanks its a great video to simply get the point across.
Hi mate. Mine are still a work in progress too! I still go out many nights and get frustrated. But that fun is in the trying, the being out, the practice. Have fun. I’m right here of you have any questions. Peace. Denis.

Excellent mate, love the Led testing tool you’ve made, especially the ‘bell’ shaped one you’ve used for testing the led’s together, That’s genius 👏
Thanks mate. I’ve just finished lunch and about to head into the studio to shoot the RGB one. This is gonna be silly.

Thank you. I’ll be hitting the workbench in the next couple of days to make something up. Yay
Denis, you are not a dipshit, you are a self taught nerd who loves coloured lights! Great video!

That was belting. Looking forward to seeing you make a tool then I might have a go.
Thanks mate. The tutorial is on the can I’ll hit it this weekend. 🙏

Hi mate. Xmas lights are so much fun to play with. A cheap, safe way to experiment. Thanks for coming by. 🙏
I love my Balls of Light! You are inspiring me to get out and work on spinning orbs again. 😃 (Mine are still a work in progress 😉) LOL

Thank you very much! @@SCHOOLOFLIGHT
Outstanding thank you for sharing
Super interesting video, for the nerds, keep it up!
Thanks, fellow nerd🙏
