  • Assalamualaikum semua dan salam sejahtera semoga dalam keadaan sihat. Ditempat saya boleh dikata hari-hari hujan sekarang ni. Kalau ditempat anda pun sama bersama-sama kita jaga kesihatan dan keselamatan diri serta keluarga.
    Kali ni saya kongsikan resepi roti yang mudah dibuat walaupun tanpa mixer. Hasilnya roti yang lembut dan tahan kembung bentuknya.
    200g tepung roti
    2g yis
    2 sb gula
    25g marjerin cair
    ½ sk garam
    1 biji kuning telur
    125g susu
    Topping :
    sosej (rebus dan keringkan terlebih dahulu)
    sedikit susu
    serbuk parsley
    🙂 saya uli menggunakan tangan tapi jika nak guna mixer pun boleh
    🙂 waktu uli memang kelihatan lembik macam tak jadi tapi jangan putus asa selepas doh direhatkan kali kedua adunan dah makin ok
    🙂 uli keluarkan semua tenaga hi3 sampaila dapat doh yang lembut dan tak melekat
    🙂 jangan tambah tepung ya sepanjang proses menguli
    🙂 sukatan bahan ni memang elok-elok yang akan hasilkan roti yang gebu lembut dan tahan lama
