Thank you! After years of confusion, my loops works! The ways you moved the body outside the circle made all the difference. ❤️

Thanks for your video lesson. I haven't been able to get anywhere with my forward loop so I will start with backwards like you suggested 😊 this video inspired me, I love the slow motion clips at the end of your videos

I’ll have to give these a try. I know they will eventually show up in my moves tests.

Awesome, thanks for this! My exits from my FO 3-turns and my FI mohawks are always such tight BI edges that I end up making a loop-like thing anyway, so I'll have to try these positions to see if I can make it look like I meant to do that. 🤣

Holy sh…okay, I’ll watch and try it next time I’m at the rink. FO loops are getting there BTW

Does anyone have any tips for being scared of ice skating? I had a bad experience my first time and the second time recently I was so scared of falling- actually no I was scared of the feeling you get before the fall- I was completely fine with falling. It's this overwhelming sense of fear every time, any idea how to overcome it?

I have the same feeling when wrestling. Some days its fine and i fear fearless some others im paralysed by it. Im still trying to find ways to completely let go of the fear

Wearing good padding works for me personally. Practicing squats off ice also helps, because that’s transferable as good knee bend on ice, which has saved many falls from happening.

Coach Julia I have been seriously honing my back inside edges for the first time ever this year thanks to your previous tutorial video . Back inside edges are considered to be more challenging vs. back outside edge . My back inside edges have evolved to the point that my weaker side(what I dread )--left back inside edge became the stronger side 😂 now this video pops up on my feed and joyfully I can say I have the foundation to try learning this new element. Thank you lotsa I really appreciate all the effort in detailing that goes into your video📹👈⛸️❤️‍🔥🫶
p.s. also I have got foundation to try attempting back inside 3 turn 🤞

Thank you so much! I hope all that hard work you have been putting in on your edges really helps with this Loop turn!
