  • For longer driving on sand videos, feel free to watch my 2013 vids of the very same nature:
    • DRIVING ON THE BEACH I...
    • DRIVING ON SAND IN DAY...
In this 2015 vid, driving on S Atlantic Ave in Ponce Inlet (that's south of Daytona Beach), at the beginning you can see the area for the traffic beach entrance, when I turn around in the back you see the entrance for the local Lighthouse Point Park, the road is actually a dead end, then I turn around and getting on the beach.
FREE access by car on the beach after 5pm.
This traffic beach entrance is the most southern in the entire Daytona Beach area.
Lots of traffic beach entrances from Ormond Beach in the north to Ponce Inlet in the south, just look for the traffic beach entrance signs.
Here you have all the info about driving and parking on the beach:
    www.volusia.org/services/publi...
You MUST drive on sand at least once anytime you're in beautiful Daytona Beach area.
Some personal tips for driving on sand:
    - evaluate the sand condition BEFORE adventure yourself with your car on the beach,
    - drive in the traffic lane only, that's where the sand is very good for all types of tire profile,
    - when you decide to park your vehicle on the beach, check the sand condition for that particular self-chosen spot, visually but even better, get out of the car and check the sand with you own hands or feet, how deep it is, etc.
    - if everything looks fine, park your car in that particular spot and enjoy the beach.
Lots of YT vids with idiot drivers getting stuck on sand in Daytona Beach.
You don't wanna be one of those idiots and stupid drivers, do you?
Enjoy driving on sand in Daytona Beach.
    Enjoy your Daytona Beach vacation.
    Be safe out there.
    God Bless.

Ney Pimentel In case you have not figured it out yet, Ney, Brazil is famous for its very friendly and warm (latino) people, mostly warm weather for the entire year, beautiful women and its famous beaches, Copacabana just to name the most famous one. Just curious, where most of the tourists are from? Neighboring countries, or USA/Canada, EU, AUS/NZ, where are they mostly from? Have a wonderful week ahead, Ney.

Ney Pimentel Interesting, USA is way closer to Brazil than Europe plus some 330M ppl in America, but apparently Brazil is not a vacation destination for Americans. Maybe b/c Florida or SC or TX or California, these states with Brazil-like beaches, offer Americans AND Canadians a perfect sunny and hot vacation at a lower price than Brazil, flying is way more expensive than driving, right? Most of tourists in Florida are... out-of-state Americans (so from states outside Florida) followed by Canadians, very few Europeans in Florida and they come not for the beach, mostly for Everglades National Park and to visit Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, Miami and Key West. Lots of Eastern European (mostly Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania) women in Miami but I guess you already know why they are in Miami, you see them every day in drug stores buying multi-flavored... condoms. Way more Japanese and S Korean tourists in Florida than Europeans. Tourists from Brazil or other S American countries in Florida: close to zero. Be safe out there, Ney.

***** Florida does get tourists from Latin America in Orlando and Miami. Spanish is a second language in Miami with the Cubans dominating that city. Many well off Latin Americans own real estate and keep their money in Florida banks. The accounts are in American dollars. They do not trust their own currencies or their own governments.

Michael P. Chile is the only country in entire Latin America (Mexico to... South Pole) its citizens do not need a tourist/visitor visa to enter USA, Visa Waiver Program: travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/visit.html $160 visitor visa fee for those who need visa to enter USA. That's why very few ordinary tourists from Latin America in Florida and rest of USA as well... except 12M+ illegals of course.
