    Hello everybody, can I run to Boiler thermostats with one controller?

    Hello Richard, thank you for the great video. I have a question: if i have for the same room more than one heating radiant panel, what can i do? E.G. I have a big leaving room with 3 radiant panel. how to make this as one zone? thank you for your feedback. BRs, Bartolomeo

      When you bind the BDR91 you can bind 3x BDR91 at the same time by putting them all into bind mode at the same time.

    Sorry, I forgot to mention I got two valiant boilers need to run together example one Boiler Upstairs and one Boiler for downstairs

      Unfortunately, you cannot run two boilers with one evohome Controller.

    I have an Immergas hydronic boiler, currently on a Siemens thermostat. I also have a Panasonic ducted air conditioner, on a Panasonic controller (two core cable). Is there some way I could have both these units controlled through the evohome? I'd like them to be smart and wifi controllable, but also don't want to have two separate controllers. Thanks!

      Potentially you could create an ‘electric heating zone’ comprising of a thermostat and relay box within an evohome system and this will run independently. Only problem you would have is evohome is a heating controller and cannot do cooling in the manner I suggest (logic would be reversed).

    Nice video ! Do you know if the Evohome and HM80 can control the main mixing valve of my installation (not only for a zone) ?

      Hi, evohome and a HM80 (if you can find one) controls mixing at zone level only.

      @@MWPHS Ok. That means it is impossible to configure the Evohome to control the 3 way mixing valve depending on the whole house demand ?

    • @MWPHS
      @MWPHS  6 месяцев назад

      @@EtienneL-it2gp why would you have a mixing valve controlling the whole house? A mixed circuit is usually part of more than one zone where the temperature to the one circuit is higher than the second circuit (1x radiator circuit and 1x UFH for example).

      @@MWPHS The main 3-way valve makes it possible to precisely adjust the water temperature of the whole circuit according to the needs of the radiators. My installation was designed like this.

      @@EtienneL-it2gp ok, well evohome is not designed to work like this unfortunately.

    Good video! Can you make a video using 2 BDR91T? One for cooling and one for heating? I have a Daikin Altherma 3. I think that I need to use 2 pieces for this, but I don't know for sure yet.

      Yes no problem I will work on this next week. Just to note that the two relay configuration for heat pumps is just specifically for ‘heating/cooling changeover’ and the heat pump must have this functionality for it to work.
