  • @Daguhl
    @Daguhl 3 года назад +10

    If Mel Gibson had starred in that movie, Downfall would have won an Oscar. Ignorant Americans don't recognize a masterpiece when they see one. The actors did a great job and the script was closer to reality than any other WWII movie. Americans love garbage like Fury or other unrealistic movies, which is pretty sad. No, I'm not German, but I see when a movie is simply moving and tells a good story. And what the hell is "the sea inside" never heard of it.

    E o Oscar 2005 de melhor filme internacional foi para ... O espanhol "Mar Adentro", que disputou o prêmio com filmes até relevantes: o sueco "Filhos do Paraíso"; o alemão "A queda: as últimas horas de Hitler"; o melodrama francês "O Som do coração" e o comovente sul africano "Yesterday", sobre uma mulher afrodescendente que tenta sobreviver com a AIDS que a assola... Gostei de "Mar Adentro", mais seu tema sobre a eutanásia é um tanto mal explorado, caindo no lugar comum... Mais o filme mantém o interesse devido a atuação de Javier Bardem, Taça Volpi de melhor ator no festival de Veneza de 2004, onde "Mar Adentro" arrebatou o grande prêmio do júri (o filme perfeito leão de ouro de melhor filme para o inglês "O Segredo de Vera Drake", de Mike Leigh) e chegou com força no Oscar 2005 de melhor filme internacional, onde arrebatou o prêmio representando a Espanha... Dentre os concorrentes, quem deveria ter ganho o Oscar 2005 de melhor filme internacional? Acredito que o alemão "A Queda: as últimas horas de Hitler", que até hoje, é celebrado como um dos retratos mais verdadeiros sobre Adolf Hitler. No mais, recomendo "Mar Adentro".
