    Beast of a pc and I thought of buying 4090, seems 4070 is more than enough for cs, was thinking to upgrade to 540hz monitor

      @zeroseventyW  9 месяцев назад +3

      Unless you aim for 4k gaming, you don't need to go for 4080+. If your main game is CS2, you don't need much. 240/360hz monitor is also enough. If you optimize/remove unnecessary applications from your OS you'll gain a little bit more perf. I play mostly CS2. Other games are set to 1080 which is enough for me.

      yes my main game is cs, always has been, just feeling very comfy at stable 500+fps, i know they will release udpate in couple months, that will increase everyones fps,, cs is cpu based game anyways, i got 240hz benq monitor and i love it, was thinking about to take AW, just waiting on a paycheck to see what i want and need. What apps are you saying,i got old i7 and 1080ti with 16gb ram and i got less than 200fps, but wish i had stable 250fps on low. your fps makes me drip dayumm@@zeroseventyW

      Friend, explain to me how you managed to get 500 fps in CS2 with a 4070? I'm undecided which card to buy to have a fixed 360hz.

  • @Thebossreserve

    I don't know, I think this is more like 4090.

    • @zeroseventyW
      @zeroseventyW  8 месяцев назад +1

      Hello and welcome. You're right I think I could lower the res and play on a 144hz. I'm thinking about it right now. I will check if I can get a new monitor this week, if not, I'll just buy a 2.0 HDMI...
      Thanks again my friend.

      Hello and welcome
      I've heard that X3D chips have more L3D cache, which CS2 can benefit from. I also optimized my windows and my steam.
      I made a video explaining what I did when I first built my pc : ruclips.net/video/yocaClOuRUM/видео.htmlsi=MlRM5Z1H5qAYtuQc
      Please let me know if you increased your average FPS after watching my video. I hope it will be useful to you.
      Have a good day and good luck.

    your description for 60hz? DVI is bad not supports, but HDMI supports 144 hz, even 240hz, why you play 60hz? (also Hdmi a lot lot lot better than any DVI) . if you are not seeing bigger hz; go change your hdmi cable with hdmi2.0 or more.... lower than hdmi 1.3 cables dont supports over 120hz... That 4070 has hdmi 2.1 output, you can use hdmi 2.1 cable for even 240hz monitors. ( DisplayPort(DP) > HDMI > DVI > VGA )

    • @zeroseventyW
      @zeroseventyW  9 месяцев назад +2

      DVI-D to HDMI converter only supports 60hz on most cables as far as I've seen. Otherwise you're right, there are HDMI to HDMI cables that supports 144hz but since I planned on changing my monitor and I used with the cable I had until next sales. If the prices are still that high, I'll get myself a 144hz HDMI cable.
      Thank you for your feedback.

      @@zeroseventyW somethings looks wrong, i dont understand, why you use dvi to hdmi converter?
      If your monitor has 144hz or better, it should have hdmi output. Why not using only hdmi?
      Which monitor model are you using?

      @@YusufDeli I don't use DVI to HDMI. I use HDMI to HDMI but my cable can only give me 60fps max. I need another cable that can support 144hz.. but to me at this point I'd rather get a 240 monitor

    only old zowie monitors has issues with hertz output? or 2456k and 2566k also?

    • @zeroseventyW
      @zeroseventyW  9 месяцев назад +1

      My hertz are limited to 60 because I'm using a HDMI cable that can only provide 60hz. In order to benefit from 144hz I need to have a DVI-D port on my GPU which doesn't have.
      New monitors come with DP cable which are compatible with my GPU.
      Other possible solution: buy a HDMI cable that can provide 144hz (my current monitor is a benq xl2411)
