Premiere Pro: -Must use OBS -Tune system and CS2 for reliable 60+ fps while recording (higher better) -Record slightly below your average penis i mean fps (hopefully 150+) -60 fps premiere sequence (not 59.94) -(blur)(oh my god) Put clip -> Right click -> Time interpolation -> frame BLENDING. -!Export has its own interpolation option. Make sure it is frame SAMPLING. The clip is already blurred. No need. -The only time you should get a stutter is when game fps drops below recording fps sooo.. aim your recording fps a bit lower than your average gape i mean game fps (hopefully still 150+). -Example CS2@260fps CS2+OBS@250fps OBS capture@220fps go lower if you are paranoid bugs in your skin.
