All my life I have had difficult challenges and bad luck. I thought if I was happy and had love I could do anything in the world. Unfortunately I never had that. I was abused as a child. Ended up being stuck in a mentally abusive loveless marriage 40 years now. Then I thought if I could have a baby to love and care for it would solve everything. But that didn't happen. Health kept deteriorating over the years. Had lots of financial losses, lost so many loved ones to death. Spent whole life 60 years suffering and can remember only 2 days in life feeling really happy.
All my life I wanted some one to love me but it never happened. I wish I could love myself and get the same feeling. Anyway if I can learn to feel good most of the time in spite of all the challenges I have had it would be major achievement and it could improve my health. So thank you I am going to listen to this every day.
