I have an M8pro and have been very impressed with it until the rotating wheel broke off! I have had to wait for a new one from the manufacturer approx 6 weeks (to Spain) but do not have any idea of HOW TO TAKE THE OLD ONE OUT and put the new one in and can't find any videos on how to do this. It would be so much better if parts could be purchased on Amazon along with the very fine filter cover (which I requested as a spare with the wheel but they sent the normal filters)..... I have done it with a pair of pliers remove by lifting up and it came out easily and just popped the new one in, what a relief I was dubious as I did not want to break anything! Hopefully this will last longer than the other one apart from that it is a superb cleaner.

I recently bought the Prosenic M8 Pro, and it works exactly as expected and reviewed. I am also comparing it to a previous Robot Vacuum Cleaner I had, returned it as quickly as I bought it. I am now at the stage of trying to use the Mop function.
And that does not seems to be working for me, I have mainly tiles in the house and the when the Prosenic M8 Pro back tracks the wheels seem to get more slippery; or is there something I am doing wrong?
I would like to hear more information on this if possible.

And so sorry to hear about the challenge you face. I've had it on my end too. You can try a setting with less water, or wait intil the floor is dry and start it over.

This look almost if not the same as the Ultenic T10. In fact I’m sure proscenic manufacture for Ultenic. Which one of the two is better or are they the same?
You are totally right! Almost identical hardware, different brands. I was not absolutely sure until testing both.
Which one did you like better/or would you recommend better and why? - ultenic t10 or m8pro?
They come from the same mother company and the only real difference I notice is the color. The rest is pretty much identical.
Which other vacuums are 3D laser based to avoid objects? Can you send me a link of your other reviews with those vacuums because I was not able to find them.

Can you add settings to avoid mop on carpet
Wanted to know more about the mop feature, looks like it's possibly not as automated as it looks?
You need to attach the mop accessory. And sometimes - to add some water :).
I have it one thing I am not sure is must you leave the mop on permanently or just when you want to mop?
Only when you want to mop.
I've watched a bunch of reviews on this but no one has yet to show the bin before and after being empty because I have the m7 pro and the auto empty is trash so I'm trying to see if they fixed that issue or not.
Hey mate, thanks for the note. The auto emptying is quite fine. I have seen similar requests for this model and while I am a little late for it, it will be included with the next video about a similar robot by Dreame.
Just picked up what looks like an identical model called a Ihome autovac nova for $270. Hopefully the parts match.
Looks very similar. Might be the same factory that manufactures them.

Neither of them. Better don't risk it with poo. I've seen some pretty horrible things about robot vacuums and that online. 🤐

Check whether the charging pins are dirty.
What about pet hair?
it handles it well.
I just got mine, it gets blocked with the dog hairs and then automated emptying function doesn't work. You have to empty the bin yourself. Plus you have to remove pets hair from the main brush regularly... I did it two times during one cleaning cycle. Hope it will get better with daily vacuum cleaning
Mopping is usless after about 15 minutes it stars to slip and ends up running around in sircles and no carpet detection for mopping so look elsewhere had to return mine.
If the surface becomes too wet - then maybe But for most rooms it is quite fine.
No problem with the mopping function on tiles for us.
