Thank you Tim for another wonderful practice. Had to chuckle when you said, "here is where it gets tricky" when shifting back into Warrior 3. Heck Tim, it got "tricky" as soon as I start balancing on one leg :-)
Awesome practice! Felt strong during the practice and refreshed afterwards. Loved the balancing sequence (warrior 3 etc), especially when I managed to maintain the balance throughout - yay!
amazing video. I've been a little busy the past couple of weeks so I've only done yoga twice this past week and this video but this next week should be back to normal. I was really amazed at how flexible I've gotten and also how much balance I have. I was able to sit down with my legs straight out in the L position

My upper back likes the variation on "eagle" (standing on one foot, other foot wrapped around standing ankle) where the arm hugged by the opposite elbow stretches out straight. I also find that to keep my balance in eagle, I straighten my back taller while sitting down lower through the one foot on the floor.

I did the 30 D challenge and now try to integrate daily training in my life , working father of three... :) so far it really helped to make me feel very good and relaxed!!! What do you recommend for daily routine? just repeat your actual video or go back and do randomly older ones till you release a new one? would be great to know what you think is a good way to build up a solid foundation for this yoga journey
Try repeating the 30 day challenge a few more times, and take before and after pictures of your poses to see if they look any different every time you do it
