I should have mentioned that when transfering your design sometimes the "Evants & Occasion" and the "Recipient" sections can be a bit finnicky, so you may need to manually add them in each time. OR When you are done creating your products, go to the backend of your shop, select your new designs in bulk, click the Actions button, select Edit Design and change them all at once under the Categories tab on the left hand side of the pop up.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I was doing it the long way but this will be so much easier. Im going to bookmark your video to my favs so I can come back for reference!
Okay great! I haven't watched this video yet but I asked you this question on the last video I watched and I'm sure this video will answer my question. Thanks for making all these great videos for us low tech people LOL. So you can disregard my last comment in the Pinterest video you made😊
I don't see your other comment asking about this so I'm glad you found it! Yay! I'm happy their helping people, Zazzle has such a learning curve but there is lots of opportunity there for people willing to put in the work. :)
What do you do for royalties? What is a good price/percentage that we should use? Oh, and I like the shorter, to the point, videos. 😊I know sometimes you have to make longer videos, depending on what you’re talking about, but I love these easy tutorials.
Thank you. Happy New Year to you. Is there a size chart for each product? I’m trying to put design on a candle. I have to keep redoing it. I also want to sell post it notes. How do we know what size to put on each product? Thank You very much.
Hi Happy New Year to you too! When you go to design a product, in the design tool, on the left hand sidebar you can select the Product tab and they should have the dimensions there. There isn't a cheat sheet that I am aware of as there are soooo many products on Zazzle. The list would be so long!
Love, love, love this video!!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!! ❤ Tremendous time saver!!! Will be watching all your other videos as time allows!!! One question: When you go to sell something, there is a section called Product Merchandising. I have been clicking on the sell only this style, color, etc. Can you clarify if this is correct?? Basically, I'm never sure what to do in this section. Do you have a video with recommendations for this?? TIA for any help!!! Love your videos!!! 🥳❣️
Thanks! I'm glad it was helpful! I have a video coming out soonish that goes over this in more detail, but to answer you quickly here, I would not select to sell only on this style unless you have a good reason to. You never know what a customer is going to want to buy, so why limit them?
Tough to say as every product type is so different... I think your best bet would be to choose which product types you are putting the design on and use the largest file size from those. See this video for how to get the file size: ruclips.net/video/cjL6jX2BYrg/видео.html
@@profitsunraveled Thank you, my dear. I still have some ambiguity and I want to benefit from your experience. Please bear with me a little longer. Is there no problem if my store contains different collections, for example home living collections and baby shower collections... or is it better to dedicate the store to the same item?
I found this video of yours last night that was posted 3 weeks ago and found it interesting and will be very helpfull to place ones product on more then one item and much quicker. However I went to my back end of the shop I do not see the "Action and Share" below any of my images that I have already uploaded to a product. Could you please help me as to where else I need to go to find it. Your comment would be very appreciated. I am having a look at your website and will be signing up to get your News Letters.
Hmm.. I suspect you're in the public view mode for your shop. If you look at the bottom right of your shop banner (just above the share icons) there is small text that says "Return to store management" click that and it should work now. :)
@profitsunraveled thank you very much for your response. On opening Zazzle just now, I got a message from them saying Welcome Back. So suddenly, it is showing the "Action and Share" buttons not sure why it did not show yesterday. I have saved your comment so I can have it for future reference. Once again, thank you for taking the time to respond to me. Have a great day
@@profitsunraveledWhat is the best size to use, then, say for something like a large shower curtain or tapestry, or blanket, and also be able to also use it on smaller items, like a pillow, T-shirt, or phone case?
you'll have to look at the product dimensions to see the size of the design. You can watch around the 12 minute mark of this video to see where to find the product dimensions ruclips.net/video/y5cSPcStkns/видео.htmlsi=-VKI2a_FDyMjIxHW @@MissMolly3377

Hmmm I'm not sure as I can't see what's going on on your screen... but make sure there are no size issues with the image on the new product type. If there is, there will be a little yellow icon on the top right corner of the image in the deign tool or a notification above where the sell it button is.
I know your video is only ten months old but is it possible that they've changed it? Because I'm under the "My Products" tab and the display is different, and there are no "actions" or "share" words under each design. I'll keep hunting. There must be a way...
You may be in your public storefront. If you look at the bottom right hand side of your shop banner there is some text that says "Return to store management" or it will say "View public storefront". If it says the former, you are in your public store and you're seeing what customers will see. Click the text to get to the backend so that you can make your edits. Hope that helps!
It is WEIRD that they don't have a more user-friendly system that will copy your keywords/description etc. from one product to another when you're choosing to use the same design.
If you used any design elements that aren't your own you won't be able to make it for sale. So any of the background images they offer or those clip art type icons. OR if it's an invitation or greeting card you may need to select the envelope type under the size for the sell it button to appear.
@@profitsunraveled Nope that wasn't the case fully my own uploaded design not sure why it didn't show zazzle seems very finicky -- they also really need to include LLM technology to help with descriptions and tags but I digress - when I did get it to show the sell button somehow no previous tags or anything pre-filled so other than adding my logo etc.. on the item nothing else was done -- so all that means really that instead of what I thought would be a couple hours of work is going to turn into multiple hours to get my store up and running with a single design on multiple products :) -- glad it seems to work for you I wish I could have replicated what you showed in the vid.. have a blessed day!!
@@thebasement7620 there would be reason, but without seeing what you're seeing I can't spot it for you. If you're jumping back between the design tool and product listing page and posting product for sale page you will lose the metadata, it needs to be pretty streamlined.
same issue with me, are you able to solve this? when I open the product that i want to have the design transfered in new tab or even if i just click it, the sell it button is not showing, only edit design button
There's likely an issue with your design, but without seeing what's going on it's impossible for me to tell. If it's not working right after you've transferred the design, my guess is that the design size isn't right, and you may notice a little message right above the Edit Design/Sell It buttons where it says Heads up! There's an issue with your design and then you can click to see the details.
They ask to share collection (Share 10 store collections (+10%)) . Does it mean one by one ten designs? or collection as one file? I did share more than 10 designs (collections?) on Pinterest but this sign is still there....Can you please explain? Thank you
They want you to share collections not designs. On the backend of your store click the Collections tab and click into a collection you want to share, or you may need to create a collection first and then you can click into the collection, and on the right hand side there's a little section that says "Connect & Promote" and you can share a collection that way. Hope you get it figured out! :)

I have a cheat sheet that lists every product type to put in each Event & Occasions collection payhip.com/b/oHGze

How do you decide on what resolution to have on each item?? Are you jusy eyeballing it?? 👀
I create my designs in Illustrator with 300 DPI at a pretty large scale so that they can fit on most any product on Zazzle.
