Click on one of the preset layouts in the upper right hand corner. I like to use "Editing".

How to draw that mask?
When I try to draw the mask, it goes full screen. I can't draw it. It never show the message instructing me to draw the mask.

@@manojthatipigari8176 You can adjust and even keyframe the speed of clips in kdenlive.
