Looks like a nice charging stop! I'd like to see more of these around the country. 99% of my charging is at home so it takes me 10 seconds to plug it in- fully charged the next morning. No gas stations for the last two years.

@@sylviahernandez6522 Ive had all the best gas trucks my friend, for my lifestyle I'm saving $520 in fuel a month, I have no maintenance other than tires, a 50/50 weight distribution pickup that runs to 60 in 4.0 seconds which fits my performance needs. I charge at home 90 percent of the time at $60 a month. EV is not for everyone but I love it. I also have the added bonus of having a personal generator when the power goes out, 240volts in the bed for welding, projects off site, etc etc. By the truck thay fits your needs.

You are correct, it takes less time to fill with gas then it does to charge. However, I have only needed to DC fast charge once in the past year since I do all my charging at home. How many times have you been to a gas station in the past year? It's called perspective.

@Quickie-dz3sm lol!!! This is the best rebuttal for the EV I have seen.
Current battery technology prevents long range EVs, especially when having to tow something, and with the limited mega chargers, or whatever the fuck each company calls them, EVs currently are best served to people who have the ability to charge at home, and those who can afford a 2nd vehicle to use on road trips and vacations that isn't electric.
Unfortunately, this eliminates me completely from the market, as I both need to travel long distances while towing, and can't justify the cost having multiple vehicles.
I would love to have an Electric F-150 or Rivian Truck, but I wouldn't be able to make a run to the hardwood supplier on one tank of "fuel" with either, and I would need a pretty powerful charger to be able to charge at home. I would need a 10kw charger in order to recharge at home overnight, which isn't very practical.

M@@charlieodom9107Then get the Silverado EV. 450 miles of range, or 250 miles when towing. That's 3 hours of towing at 80mph or 3.5 hours at 70mph. Stop to eat or a take bathroom break while charging and get another 3 hours. It charges at 350kWh.
