The Angus glens are certainly less frequented, but are great winter hills. I had been hoping for a bit more snow, seems I was a week late. I used the outer pretty much as a wind break, but lots of condensation which fortunately froze.

Always good to try a different set up. Even if it doesn’t quite work.
Yes. I think the main problem for my restless sleep was my thermarest slipping down the tent footprint. Need a flatter pitch !
