Wow what a great video Douglas. I’m going up to the Cairngorms at the weekend so hoping to do these two Munros and Ben Macdui and cairngorm. Corrie Fee is just amazing. Thank you so much. I’m just at 13 Munros now and my two beagles have done 10 with me so far. Long way to go though. I found your video both helpful, interesting and inspiring so thank you. Best wishes 🥾🥾🤩
Was up doing the cairnwell Munros at glenshee a few weeks ago and noticed the cold wind just drained my phone battery and kept saying it was unavailable. You got clear and stunning views though. Just a shame about the wind! 🙈
Was first up Driesh when aged 12 in my wellies and my palls old school blazer so health and safety were out the window but many hills were to follow. Now in my 70s it's the quantock hills in Somerset for me.
Thanks for this video! I watched this last night, and we climber Mayar and Driesh in absolutely stunning weather today. It's only our 3rd and 4th munro, but the best so far.
Great film again Douglas, It is indeed a beautiful walk in through Corrie Fee and walk back via the Kilbo path. The trees that have been sadly chopped down are as a commercial use sadly, The Kilbo path used to be totally enclosed with little light getting through and it was stunning. Congrats on the 25th Munro, Always perks you up when you reach a milestone :)))
Hi Pete, I first saw Corrie Fee on your video. Couldn’t believe such a place existed in Scotland so thanks for the inspiration to finally get there buddy. It felt really sad going through that tree felled area. The stumps were all healthy so I suspected it wasn’t for safety reasons. Same yesterday at the Glen Lyon horseshoe the trees in the area near the bottom of your video from your trip there are all gone. Mayar & Driesh were a brilliant day out and the weather was great if just a little bit to blowy! Lol 😁🙌🏼⛰🏴
I am in my teens and I am doing these soon within the next month it will be my second and third. Great video was looking for someone to tell if it was worth it. Thank you
Hi Zander, thanks for commenting buddy. In my opinion they are all worth it, I haven’t climbed one yet that’s not been enjoyable, (better if you get a good day weather wise). These two were brilliant, but I have to say that the Corrie Fee that is at the beginning of this video was just breathtaking and I’m sure you will agree when you see it for yourself. Good luck when you go, Best Regards, Douglas.

Lovely video Douglas. The views are great with good information. Well done on your 25th Munro. Thanks Steve.
Sorry Steve, don’t know why this wasn’t replied to. Thanks very much pal for the kind comment. 😁🙌🏼
Doing these on Saturday, Munro 5 + 6 for me. Awesome video!
