The drive starts at Rainbow Bridge, in the center of Tokyo, and heads to Suwako SA through Chuo EXPWY. Chuo EXPWY in Yamanashi and Nagano is surrounded by high mountain ranges such as the Southern Japan Alps, Central Japan Alps, and Yatsugatake Mountains. If the weather permits, you will enjoy those mountains when you drive on this road.

For one of the largest cities in the world, it's amazing how little traffic there is! As an American, I'm envious! We have at least twice as much traffic on the interstate that runs through town with only 17% of the population here!
