The version 2 Battery for the P1 does exist but they limited the release to cars that had issues or customers who understand they are basicly beta testing it. I know someone from the bay area that was offered one with a 30K discount because his car would just shutoff randomly due to the electrical system. dude was crossing his fingers everytime he left his neighborhood

I wonder about flood titles; someone I know tried to put me on them and the prices look awesome but I just cant trust mechanics/dealers to not rip me off for as much money as they possibly can
I feel like most salvage titles should be kept aways from unless you're the one doing the work on the car or have a mechanic with an established relationship and into that kind of work.
I watch Hoovies Garage and always catch myself in the thought of buying a troubled cool car but I don't have a car wizard mechanic let alone know how to even find someone like these people have.

For VERY wealthy people that won’t drive it and keep up maintenance it’s an asset with more than 5% return per year depending on the car … Anyone else would be restarted to own one and actually drive it .

All of the electronics are waterproof, shouldn’t really be that hard. An LS engine will run completely submerged in water. Electronics, battery and all as long as it has a snorkel.
