Sadly there's no "Badly Poisoned on Entry" effect...seems her focus is Galarian Slowbro's Side Shell Armor I think which can be Physical or Special based on the Physical or Special Move Up next stat.

They still got a few more base game characters to add like the protags and Arven, but I can see Carmine and Kieran being added as soon as September.
Honestly what DeNa could do is change up the Halloween event in October to be more of a fall festival, and that's where Carmine and Kieran could debut. Would make sense if they did go that route
