R- Rhema (the rhema word that strikes you on the verse) R- Reflection (reflect your situation or your self sa rhema word or scripture na nag strike sayo as you read it) M- Motivation (How that verse motivate you as a person) A- Application (Paano mo iaapply sa buhay mo yung word na binigay sayo ng Lord)
