my uncle is is in this show and he was in this trailer he's only in a couple of episodes but i'm really exited for him to be in such a great show .

I'm going to have to watch these seasons all over again before season 4 starts. There's going to be Easter eggs and I don't want to miss those.
Season 3 was a real let down but 1 and 2 were next level for sure.
Me and the mrs started watching them again just for the heck if it! Imagine then finding they have done a fourth season!

Well, I am 60 years old and my memory has never been exceptional. I recently watched seasons one and two again after a break of a few years. They were every bit as good as the first time through.
Fargo season 1 was amazing

Nah, it definitely has that feel, which will be interesting for a straight-up crime show. Each season has a different style to it regarding cinematography and so far this one looks really cool. I hope we get some split-screen action again -- I loved that in season 2.

I’m a fan of the cast, but this looks like a bit of a deviation. I’m not seeing much of an emphasis on a small town deputy piecing together a bigger picture. Hopefully this season is as good as the previous 3

Cut scenes of many played out fast is not representative of Fargo's patient dwelling sharing of stories, you know? This trailer claims its telling it all but is hiding something that's for sure.
It is more like the Cohen Brothers universe... this time is closer to Miller’s Crossing...
I love the show, but that trailer really lowered my hype. One of my favorite things about show is how they take serious stuff and add the Fargo lingo. I was really hyped to see Chris Rock with the accent but this is just how he normally talks. The story has always been fantastic but this will take some of the fun out

better call saul is not that good. I am a big fan of breaking bad but it just ain't that moving and interesting. And it's not that dramatical. It lacks alot of things that breaking bad had.

Looks great. Amazing double ensemble cast. Love how it feels like a straight up period Gangster drama (like Boardwalk Empire) and then it slowly progresses to "Fargo" weird. Kind of suspect the season might work like that too, starting out in Kansas City and ending in Minnesota, given Jessie Buckley's character...

@@mac2919 How is that what you took from his comment? People see racism in everything these days, it just doesn't feel very Fargo, regardless of what race the people are. In fact one of my favourite characters from season 2 was played by Bokeem Woodbine who is, if you didn't already know, black
I think the quirkiness of the characters and the way violence and mischief ripple outwards is the Fargo part, but I understand the hesitation. I think if you trust the show runners it should be good

I'm thinking Fargo Season 4 is going to show how the Kansas City Mafia from Season 2 formed, which will later join the Fargo Mafia in 1979.

I love what they did with this show. All different stories from different periods, but all take place in and around Fargo.

You’re exactly right! The first two seasons were brilliant! Especially depicting how far one will go; evading capture, hit men, the extreme desperation! The first two seasons are truly amazing.
Season 3 was awesome in my opinion.
Two Minutes and Forty-eight Seconds. And some people feel they are prescient enough to be able to judge a full season before it airs. This is story telling people. You haven't even opened the damn book yet and already you don't like it? I really don't want to meet any of you folks that judge art so quickly and callously.
No one is calling out the show. The trailer is great, but the atmosphere of Fargo is not there. That's all.

For everyone saying "this doesn't feel like Fargo" y'all should read a lil about the premise. Not gonna give anything away but if you notice all 3 seasons revolve in the same universe and characters are often brought back...this season will do the same at a much grander scale!
It's because it's not in Fargo. Pretty much the whole point of the show being called Fargo was it was set in Fargo and pretty much all of Minnesota. Now they sent it to Kansas City. It's not called "Kansas City" it's Fargo.

If you've really watched the show and paid attention you'd know it takes place in such locations as Bemidji, SiouxFalls, Duluth, Luverne and even Kansas City as well as many other places. The thing about this show is the simplicity of how random things can cause a huge chain reaction of violence. The show doesn't need to be all about Fargo for it to makes sense...

I'm just thrilled to see it because they filmed in my little hometown of Flanagan IL, and Pontiac and Bloomington. My friend Mikey and I walked onto the set and took pictures with the cars and what not. Fargo is one of his favorite shows.

I can't believe the premiere is pushed back. You'd think there would be more viewers now since we're stuck inside with the quarantine. Ugh I really wanted to see this season.

Agreed - Salvatore Esposito. Gomorra, such a great series. So glad it was shown with the original Italian dialogue and not dubbed into English. Hope they'll be at least another but I think there is a movie version coming out.

One of the greatest TV show on Earth back for it's fourth season, and I can't wait to watch it.
This already kind of doesn't feel like the Fargo we know and love since it doesn't take place in Minnesota, but "Land of 1,000 Lakes"??? Come on. They can atleast get the phrase right -- Land of 10,000 Lakes

Fargo, the show that just keeps giving. Season 4 is shaping up as maybe second to season 1.
Lorne Malvo, still the best character in the whole series so far.
Hiring Chris Rock to play the lead may be the first mistake of the makers of this series regarding casting.
You just cannot trust Chris's face coz it makes you laugh almost immediately or you expect to laugh every other second.
Give Fargo a Fair go, every season has been worthy of my time.

They have been filming scenes for season 4 just west of the Rogers park train station in Chicago for the last couple of months. There are lots of 100+ year old homes there, plus a small playground.

Rabbi Milligan is one of the best character in all the show.

the biggest joke was them posting 3-4 weeks before airing on fx that the show cannot be finished due to the current situation with the virus. not even a month before airing, and they dont have the season done... what a mess.
Right?!! I was just telling my husband this. 8 out of 10 eps shot. A month prior and you still have 2 episodes to shoot?
Then again they were filming in Chicago which became a coronavirus hotspot so that could be it. I hope the cast and crew are all ok. I’m bummed tho-I was really excited about this season. Stay safe!!
Tammy D I was actually in the cinespace area (the place in Chicago where it is filmed) what happened was an employee of Chicago Med (also shot in the area) contracted the virus, and by law they had to shut down all productions
@@tammyd4110 Plenty of TV shows keep shooting well after the season premieres. The Walking Dead probably being the biggest example. Trailers usually only show footage from the first few episodes aswell.

They're killing me with this season 4. It's not even remotely in any way a continuation of the prior seasons. 1, 2 and even three were great. 2 was amazing but they lost me on 4. No snow? WTF?

1st 3 seasons of fargo was brilliant, hope this can match up, from the ad it didn't have much of a fargo vibe,
Fargo is excellent at focusing on a specific villain, especially Billy Bob 1st season and Zahn McClarnon (Native) in season 2 in a small setting. See if they have a specific villain in season 4, but looks more like gang warfare in the big city and a lack of cool accents.

@@seadkolasinac7220 i watched the season and yeah it didnt really feel too fargo-ish. Some of the key fargo elements were missing like an actual detective trying to put the pieces together or the everyday person who gets himself/herself in the middle of the crime world bc of a stupid mistake. Also the first few episodes were way too slow with progressing the story so they had to rush things in the last few. They also didnt really balance the characters well. Other than jason schwartzman and chris rock it felt like they didnt really know what to do with their characters and forgot to actually flesh them out
Maybe they just want to take a different tone for this season and not keep using that same tone from the other seasons, be grateful for what u got

It's really good for average shows but it's definitely the weakest season of fargo
