Tanner, You are very lucky to have such a special sister. It wouldn’t have been possible without her. She worked on the car and helped to repair the damage. Way to go Carly!!! I love your knowledge and intelligence, and knowing the car from top to bottom and being an outstanding driver.

So after being around dirt racing for 40 years, today was probably the most growth I have seen from you as a driver and as a adult. You go punched in the mouth and didn't whine or blame the problem on everything else. You screwed up, admitted it, came up with a solution and put the plan to work. Great Job young man. Proud of the way you handled yourself!!! What a great family you have!!

It just about brings a tear to an old man's eye to see how loved and respected you must be by your mates back in the pits. You don't get that sort of other team support and goodwill if, you're not doing something right in terms of sportsmanship. Third was a great result all things considered, but the real trophy tonight, was what happened after that stack.

No one wants to win a race in the pits. Kudos to ALL who stepped in to get you back out on the track to battle it out in the dirt the way it should be. At least your dad was still smiling. Game on buddy. Great run in the feature!

The best thing about 410 sprint car racing is a 410 motor idling without mufflers, can't beat it. Second best thing is exactly what you saw tonight. All the people who jumped in and helped to fix your damaged car and get you back out for the main event. Great job going from 6th to 9th and then back up to 3rd. Great recovery to what could have been a bad night. Think I would keep that trophy around as a reminder of what can be overcome. Major kudos to your sister. That girl has enough knowledge and energy to run your team. She's a keeper. Great job by you and the team after a bad situation. Car is in the trailer and its off to the next race.

There's been a lot of top Sprint car drivers that love riding that outer cushion and have won many championships over the years like Steve Kinser and many more. I watched Kinser go from the back of the pack to the front of the pack by turn 4 in a A main it stunned the crowd beyond imagine. So go with what ever feels right to you Tanner and enjoy it while it lasts. 👍😁

Considering what transpored that night i wish there was a Love icon to tap this video of that race definitely deserved to be loved by me. One because of how Holmes racing keeps digging to Win a race as long as they have the stuff to do it with. Two because that was a classic example of one of the reasons why i love Sprint and midget racing because when crap happens other teams almost always help out if they can to make sure that a team has a racing chance for tue main if they will be in the main. Thank you Tanner for sharing this video with us. May yall have a good one. Have fun take care

I was the one who pulled that car out of the fence, it was my decision to do so... No it was not the best way to do it .. .I could have ripped from the side causing more damage to the fence and the car also . When these cars collect the fence and if you side pull them you have a strong possibility of twisting the cage and causing a huge delay for track repairs. and leaving the team with an un salvageable car . A little hint here I am at that track for free and do what I do for the love of racing . The track does not compensate me for anything at all for the last 9 years I have been volunteering there . Anyhow Tanner is a very good sportsman and professional in attitude and skill and wish him well in all of his endeavors....

The whole deal is starting to grow on me after all these years. Back in my day we didn't have podium finishes. Only formula one had podium finishes. I grew up racing, knowing that second place is the first loser and I did not like them adopting the podium finish thing when they did. Now they do it in almost all racing even karting. I used to think of it as, everyone gets a trophy. The one thing I do like about it is it lets the top 3 show off their sponsors a little more. But that's about it.
