Oh yeah I will probably continue with my full leg trying to get consistent at 160bpm, and of course build stamina. I recently broke through a spring on my DW4000 pedal, and just this last Thursday I put on a new DW spring, probably better than what it came with factory because the spring is thicker I can see that. And it's set heavier than the other, but it honestly feels more comfortable to do fast stuff on even then and a lot more smooth, crazy what a like what? 13 buck upgrade to the springs can do for the pedal, I'll probably have to put it on the left pedal's spring too soon, because it feels really good and even doing some ankle motion feels a lot more natural as well. So yeah last time my drum session was of course also a lot more fun because of the better feel.
So for the spring geometry upgrade, does it allow you to change the point at which the spring gets the most tension? When you preload the pedal, do you put the whole weight of your leg? How far should the beater be from the drum when you preload? 🤔
The spring tension is highest at the when the beater hits tbe bd head..you can't change that. Regarding pedal settings and setting up your pedals according to your own bodyweight 👉 www.drumtechniqueacademy.net/pedal-settings-mastery

Could you do a video on Slide technique double strokes. I know Robin Stone uses them.
Robin is the king when it comes to this technique...so I'd always just follow his advice/recommendations when it comes to this technique 🤟
Whats the beater angle for this one?😅
I could not agree more about trying to practice with too much on your mind. Near impossible. Do you ever turn off the triggers to demand more power?
🤟 will cover that topic in one of my next videos 💪
