Another trick for bread making is Dough needs to be hydrated ie ; sticky Dont add too much fat as it interfere glueten formation if u want to do brioche u can add 1/2 tsp gluten powder So add the fat (oil or butter) at last while kneading Dont over proof the dough if it is over proofed while baking the bread becomes flat because yeast cant release co2 Maximum proofing time is 1.5 hr For browning the bread the bread u can use milk powder while kneading it can make bread soft as well caramelise the top If ur non vegetarian u can brush egg/ milk on top These are the mistakes while I baking during my 16th age 😊 Now I am 18 I am ur great fan aarthi aunty I am a follower of ur both blog as well vlogs

No dear. It will come. Will share a version with hand. The thing is you have to knead for 10 mins or so till it comes to smooth,
Even I have tried with hand and perfect loaf would be the result. Knead until the window pane test is successful.
