You've captured and portrayed nature's beauty and power like almost no one else ever has, Mike. These are documents for the ages. We photographers salute you.
i almost feel as if i've been transported to a spiritual plane... you must be blessed to live in a place like this, and thank you for showing the rest of us what you see!
I have never been reminded so well how absolutely boring the weather is here in Houston. That was absolutely amazing, and thanks for its creation and sharing with all of us. Perfection.
Wow, beautiful and dramatic. As an amateur still photographer, I watch these video images and think "Who will want old time still photography with all this video around?"
I think both mediums hold their own unique appeal and fascination. I love print media of photographs and follow innumerable scenic, wildlife and still photographers on facebook.

Incredibly mesmerizing to watch you really are the best in your craft. 👍👏 I love the music you put with your videos. Some video nature channels change the scene with the beat of the music I want to thank you for not doing that. It drives me bonkers. You give us plenty of time to absorb everything in each frame and I’m very grateful for that there is a lot to look at in this beauty and I don’t want to miss any of it 🏅🌻
Wowwww. omg. This is magnificent! Oh to be able to see this at an IMAX or in a huge cinema. What a dream. Thank you sooooo much!! It's absolutely DIVINE.
This is very welcome Mike. Beautiful. Actually I usually play your videos at normal speed but later replay them at half speed, usually with the music turned off because it is a bit weird at half speed, so I love this one.
very cool found your channel years ago and i would put it on my tv with the sound off . i would just watch the amazing images you captured of the sky , seeing the earth below made me feel so small in the glory of nature.
Mike, to you and all the miles and days you've traveled. Thank you. This is incredible stuff. An artist of the highest caliber. Nature is the canvas; you are the painter
WOW! It's both fascinating and relaxing. Watching the storms in time lapse gives a different perspective on the storms. And with the music all my troubles just seem to float away! (No pun intended!) Another great video Mike. You should get an award for this.
Fantastic Zen time lapse footage…hypnotic at times, I didn’t want to blink! Great work as usual Mike…you never cease to amaze me! Highly recommended to watch this entire hour of peaceful nature! Amazing what a difference the music makes…with an accompaniment of dramatic or cinematic music, it would have been a whole different listening experience!
Pffffft!! If I wanted to see clouds I would just look up. I might be trolling a little bit. Because that was brilliant!!!! Super jealous of all the places and storms you got to experience. Keep it up man.
Mike, thanks to your creativity, many people who are physically unable to access these views are expanding their world. The previous videos were perfect, and this one is even more perfect. Are the colors natural or enhanced? The next step is to move into the 3rd dimension, filming from a drone, but how to ensure that it does not get blown away or sucked in by lightning?
Excellent work, Mike. You have inspired me to try something other than sunrises and sunsets. I’m heading to Pensacola Beach for 10 days and I’m going to use my 70-210 f2.8 on a 7D Mark II for cloud expansion.
You're so lucky to be able to see these live. * Is this all in one part of the world and is there any chance of one with natural sounds, I have to turn off the music to watch, cheers.
Im sure he walked 100yds to the left to atract the cows attention, else they would have gone to where he likely would have been standing with the camera.

That second shot literally made my jaw drop! Jesus, this is addictive!
I ran out of superlatives after the first few storms... This is just... OLBINSKI. Thank you for showing us the beauty in turbulence.
Haha, wow, THANK YOU!!!!
@@MikeOlbinski Oh, no... Thank you! :)

Well, lots of that stuff I don't live near, I have to spend days on the road away from the family. You are so welcome!

and when played back in a well dialed in HT, DSU or some other surround algorithm IMMERSIVE and full-throated YOU ARE THERE!-
I got the Monsoon collection dvd and it did not disappoint !! Cannot wait for the next dvd to be released.
Thank you! I definitely need to get back on those and make some new ones!
love it!

Long lens choice?
I use a 135mm for now, but with the R5 I've added the 100-500mm. All Canon of course.

Cows are soooooo annoying sometimes but absolutely adorable lol
