- Today I share with you, the best way to lose less trades in forex. Using years of forex strategy, I show you how trading reversals of trends combined with key concepts in forex can make you easy money. A lot of retail traders trade too much and instead of picking confirmed trades. Big whales and institutional traders hunt liquidity and stop losses. I've created a strategy that will work with the institutional traders to profit big rewards and low risk. In this video I show a really simple concept of combining confirmations and confluences to lose less trades.

Confirmation 1. Look for trend using a larger time scale.
Confirmation 2. Use MacD to confirm true highs and lows.
Confirmation 3. Combine the MacD and larger time scale to confirm trade.
Confirmation 4. Look for candle stick to close above or below previous candle to confirm trend change.

So Matt, the essence (keypoints) of your strategy :
1. Look for setups in M15.
2. Use laz HH or LL as Neckline (not Trendline).
3. Double confirm with MACD Histogram above or below 0 for Neckline.
4. Triple confirm with Higher Timeframe H1 or H4 (you prefer H4).
5. When all 4 are validated ... pull the trigger.

Props for using the MACD to validate highs and lows. Had not considered that before. I'd add, for those who I'm sure are wondering: the importance of using the MACD here is NOT because the MACD was designed to deterine which highs and lows are valid; the beauty of using the MACD this way is that you are giving yourself an OBJECTIVE STANDARD. You will miss trades all the time. That's no big deal. But there is nothing quite as satisfying as having strict rules that you have backtested and found to give you an edge in the market. Using the MACD this way is a great way to take a potentially subjective thing like choosing the right high or low and making it clear as day. Embrace rules! : )

These are very obvious infos and reminders how to trade that we all sometimes forget event though we learned that when started trading.
Personally I now see I take too many trades and not confirming correctly as I was many times looking on lower timeframes this was very helpfull, thanks.
