It's hard to tell which was worse: the CGI birds, or the sound of that waitress saying "Hi".
Actually, we don't hear her. We hear somebody overdubbing her. I wonder if there is a rare unedited version that leaves the girl's real voice in.

It’s amazing how important good sound in a movie is. Almost anything else can be cheap, but cheap sound ruins a movie without mercy.
I picked up that problem early. Not even a trainee sound engineer on this film. And not a single iota of wit. That takes real un-talent.

To conclude: Technically, ALL the imagery in this movie could be described as "graphics", but in this context, it refers to the CGI only.

I've doodled a bird once. The paper it was on got crumpled up, and dropped in a puddle of water. I tried to uncrumple it, realized it was a failed effort, re-crumpled it, and tossed it into the garbage.
That doodle, after all that, and after it's been taken to the dump......looks better than the birds in this movie.

Every single line sounds like the guy is reading off the script.
That's the point. He's trying to sound like he doesn't care about this.

@@lilal8848 Well they're all bad movies. But Sharknado was bad in a freaking hilarious way, and it actually became a routing in the sequels, where the films just become shamelessly insane. I laughed and screamed my through the first and the third films. But you have to be able to laugh at the movie's flaws in order to enjoy it.

That's because it was.
Maybe it was, but I thought it was a mix of a bad camera, as they didn't even have good mics for audio capturing, so I just assumed. Also, the backgrounds during the outdoors shots seemed to be the the same quality shot as the rest, so it seems that it could go either way. They really could've given more to the budget of this movie. It might not have made the story better, but at least the CG would've improved slightly. Hell, Sharknado's CG was better than this & that was a horrible movie.
Not really since the budget seems to have been a handfull of pocket lint, a sandwich wrapper, and a few clippings of grass

The CGI is so bad that it almost hurts. It's like a picture of an eagle was just pasted multiple times on to the screen and the fire looks like it was taken from clipart

By the way, I caught another one: he clearly having coffee and a donut for breakfast when he watches the news story. But when he's driving to the office (and stopping for gas), it's clearly in the middle of the day based on the lighting. So what the hell time does this guy go to work??
