ऊपरदांग गढ़ी (Upperdang Gadi) सन १८०० मा निर्माण भएको एक रमणीय ऐतिहासिक स्थल

Upperdang Gadi was the district headquarters of Chitwan district earlier and is a fort built by Shah Kings to protect Nepal from capturing from southern part which is situated at an altitude of 1,275 meters above the sea level located in Chitwan district of central Nepal. Fort is the main attraction of this place and the place is also known for its rich culture of Chepang, Magar and Gurung communities. The fort is considered to be the perfect destination for visiting, hiking and trekking as it offers beautiful flat plains, awesome peaks of the Himalayas, beautiful landscapes and hills decorated by the blooms of Rhododendron. The place is really enjoyable and mesmerizing with gorgeous views, cool temperature and the top of the place presents a beautiful view of Narayani River and Bharatpur area.
