My grandson was diagnosed with four cavities 6 months ago. My daughter and I made sure to give him raw milk, we took sugar out of his diet, and had him use Thyme Oil in his toothpaste. Today he had xrays done again. The result was barely one cavity. The dentist said it was so small he wouldn't do anything to it, and to keep doing whatever it is we were doing. Thank you for the wonderful advice! Full of smiles!

I had an abscess in my mouth, I made a mixture of coconut oil, thyme oil and Rosemary oil. I rubbed it on the abscess and the cavity and it was literally gone in 24 hours. I brush my teeth with Myrrh powder mix with rosemary and thyme twice a day and that helps to combat cavities. I ran out of myrrh and hadn’t had it in a while and I believe that’s why the cavity came back. I also drink thyme and Rosemary oil every night using fresh herbs.

I am currently 23 YO Female, 5'6 height, 160lbs and use to be 125lbs last year. I had an incredible weight gain within 12 months. I want to reach back to 125lbs. Do you have any recommendation as far as the amounts of food I should consume on this Ketogenic Diet.
Thank you! You are an inspiration to me!

I hope you receive my comment.
Get some empty veggie caps, put 2 drops of the oil inside, and fill it up with extra virgin olive oil, shake. The oil has to be in a glass container. (Oils absorb plastic components)
Swallow with fluids of your choice.
Any essential oils that are suitable for internal use, can be taken this way.
I have been battling with resistant bacteria for years on top of huge wounds that won't heal. Antibiotics are not working at all.
It is a slow process, but it is worth it.
Only use organic essential oils. Also apply them topically and infuse those that you can, if allowed.
Don't over use, take a break from the oils if recommended. They are very concentrated.
So far Dr. Axe is the best expert I came across.
      I hope it helps you.

This is what I do Increase your thyme , It is for progesterone . No soy , look up Dim . Sugar and carbs blow us up even if it is small amount we get older or we become a more estrogen and not no progesterone . Get some testosterone a naturally one . Pine nuts or pine oil be careful about the testosterone can make you mean . I can only take it twice a week like four little nuts or a dab of oil that's it each year we get a little bigger because of the Aging or we lose weight. My family is thick and wide geans and I don't like eating nothing everyday so I just accept my body image I do drink apple cider vinegar with mother and then 4 days later I will drink warm water with lemon with the peels Don't forget your kefir
