the quiet pavements, the early workers arriving into the city, tidying the streets and shops from the previous day, the early morning deliveries, preparations in the English Market, the early worshippers at St. Augustine's, Holy Trinity and St Francis's, the coffee fix for the day...the unnoticed litte things that happen each morning in Cork City.

Well done. This was a great idea. It brings home to so many people all over the world. I still live in Cork and this really captures that relaxed atmosphere that makes home what it is. Not really a city, but not quite a town, Cork is just Cork.

Relaxed, bhoy! Thanks for posting, this is a lovely time of the day. I love Cork, so easy to get to, so easy to get around, people are laid back and on the most part will still hold a door open for you or share a witty comment. So much to see and do. Amazing food & drink. Everything close by and within easy reach. Its easy and pleasant to live here. It has a very sound sense of Identity, we define ourselves by our love and pride for our city and county :-)

I like Cork as a place but large parts of it are run down and the city council needs to tidy it up and get people to paint their houses in the city. It doesn't seem to have prospered with modern buildings like Dublin.

I asked the proprietor of the Welocome Inn could I film there early in the morning ...he refused! why do you think this is? I think the Wecome Inn and Charlies are the only two early opening pubs left in Cork ...is this right?
