I remember elizabeth fort and the donkey pub ,and the gold salmon church weather vane, people getting blind drunk on a friday,weekend ,the people were a bit rough but friendly enough.

I love what I'm seeing about Cork city. I'm considering a move to Cork from South Africa. Smaller manageable and friendly. For me it will almost be a return home after 4 generations in SA.

I left Cork at the end of 2017 after living there for 15 years. It still looks the same. A few new buildings. I think I saw a London Eye thing in another video. Not sure why they put that there.
“The London Eye thing” you mentioned seeing in another video is probably the big Ferris wheel 🎡 on Grand Parade at Christmas time. Best of luck wherever you are. ☘️🌝🌲

My parents left Cork for London in the 1960s and never went home. I’ve never been there. I need to remedy that.
