The US version ships with Google TV which is quite better than VIDAA, and a VA panel that gives even better contrast. Great review nonetheless. Would have loved if you talked about the local dimming performance with regards to blooming. Also curious about how many HDMI 2.1 ports this TV has.
Can't speak for Samsung as I have never really gravitated towards their TVs. I own a few LGs though and while they are nice they usually are a lot more expensive than a comparable Hisense model.

As far as I could tell I only had 1 HDMI 2.1 port.
Same way they refused to give us a better soundbar compared to the US versions

Really good setup, what do you think of the Vidaa's UX compared to Tizen?
Oddly I have never used Tizen so I cant really say. But I have used VIDAA a lot and it does everything I need.
