8:01 Hey that's me! Those are some fantastic books and models/miniatures! So glad I found your channel! I loved the Robotech RPG books. My friends and I gobbled them up as soon as our allowances (or convincing the parents to pay) allowed it. Robotech was my first Palladium game. It was similar but different from the D&D and AD&D we were playing. As mentioned in the clip, I moved and my new friends were into other RPGs (Marvel RPG, TMNT and Other Strangeness, AD&D 2nd Ed, mixed with a bit of Cyberpunk, Paranoia, Shadowrun, and Warhammer - both 40k and Fantasy RPG) until RIFTs came along. Then college/life happened, and I lost touch with TTRPGs. Only in this past year am I back to playing D&D again.
Alas, I never got into Palladium systems. I did look at RIFTS, but I felt it was in no way balanced. Also, by that time, I was firmly a GURPSite. :) (Pendragon and BECMI more often now, although I still like GURPS. The other two are just much simpler and easier to GM.)

10:18 That's me! I like the art and voice you used for my comment. I am making a list of stuff to recollect like those books.
@sketchasaurrex4087 Glad you liked it!
How do you get the voice overs?! I think this is a great format to connect with your audience. Can you do a reaction video of a few Robotech episodes?
They are AI voices. I believe he mentioned that in the D&D comments video. I agree, it is a nice format.
@ddiver7908 Yes the voices are AI generated. I used a tool called Eleven Labs. All the voices in the comments video are the standard voices.
