I was in hospital over Christmas 23 for 12 days with Pancreatitis it was so painful…they tried to say it was drinking alcohol! I said no as I have very little and been mainly 0% so they said go on low fat diet which is interesting as they wanted to feed me high fat!! in hospital… they also said there is a high % of people they don’t find what caused it

Don’t add any oil . Let the meat pull out the fats . If bred is stored in freezer and warm up in air fryer , it will be safe to eat . In freezer the carbs from bred changes chimistry , and our body don’t touch , the carbs they will be outside from our body with indigestion .
What about the non-stick coating in your air frier? That's the reason I ditched my air fried. I wonder if there's one out there without a Teflon coating
You can buy air fryer that has a metal. They are pricey. I line my air fryer with parchment paper. When I can I will buy one that’s a little more pricey.

It's ok to have things occasionally I do 6 day healthy then don't deprive myself of anything just take one day per week Sunday to eat what I want works for me not a recommendation people should stick to especially if on a physician directed diet just education yourself to make choices & alternatives to most products not in anyway a recommendation always inform primary physician especially if under care ir take any daily medications to see if issue with certain foods interactions with medicines.

All of these foods, non GMO, of course, and in moderation. I personally corrected the various foods on your list and lost 24 pounds in 7 months and greatly improved various health symptoms. And definitely no oats! Organic stone ground oats are hard to find. After chemo and radiation and another surgery I can say I am a 14 year survivor of pancreas cancer. I was given 6 months to live. The research you rely on is questionable. I doubt anyone has done randomized, double blind, long term studies in support of your contentions. Most studies rely on questionnaires which are very unreliable. Using terms like “suggests” and “linked to” are very misleading. Stop it.
