When is high tide? Did the carts become an issue at night after spending time out?
Tides vary depending on the moon. You can google for a tide calendar and enter Phuket as location.No issue with carts at all, available 24/7. I needed one myself at 5 in the morning and it took only a few minutes to pick me up
