This is a beautiful affordable home. Several of the amenities in the home are similar to the houses here in America. I am very impressed with the quality for this price. What is the size of the lot? Great work by the construction company. It would be nice to see the final project completed if the client doesn’t mind.
Nice Job but the foundation should have been uplifted higher. The compound should have a very sharp sloppy to allow flow of rain water to avoid flooding.
Beautiful work but I don't see enough electrical sockets in the rooms. So this owner will have to buy electrical extension cords to use her electrical gadgets. Example electrical toothbrush electrical shaver, vacuum cleaner , bread toaster etc. The list is endless. 2 sockets in the living room for tv and musical instrument is not enough. In a living room you need at Least 4 electrical socket .1 socket on each wall. In the bathroom you need 1 electrical socket near the basin or sink. Thank you Let's make Ghana great.
