His ability is to reverse time by one hour, only his "son" knowing anything that happens before time is reversed (he cant rember anything if time resets, but its op cause hes high iq) Part 5: The main villian (pink haired MALE, and yes, its both of the pink haired males the guy with the purple sweater and the male stripper.) abilties are the ability to change fate by turning time back by a few seconds. Part 6: The main villian (dark skinned priest) is a worshipper of dio and was close friends with him, which meant that he inherited dios plan known as the heaven plan. His ability created rhe most important event in the story. Watch it to find put what the ability is.
