Do 22x12 -44 wheels with 35"x12.5" tires fit on a 2018 Ram 1500 4WD BDS Suspension Suspension Lift 4"?
Yes it does! This 2018 Ram 1500 4WD is running Hostile Fury 22x12 -44 wheels Nitto Ridge Grappler 35"x12.5" tires with BDS Suspension Suspension Lift 4" suspension, needs Minor Plastic Trimming and has No rubbing or scrubbing. As you can see from the pics this wheel and tire combo can be done!** With this year/make/model, the stance is Aggressive + 1" outside fender. Also remember spacers impact fitment, this ride is running None in front and None in rear.

Marc2k6 I honestly think it rides better than stock with the strut and shock upgrade. Very smooth going down the highway and the nose doesn't dive as much going into a corner.

Now that is Nice! I'm still undecided if I'm going 4" or 6" lift after seeing yours I'm leaning toward a 4" lift and set my Bilsteins at 1.7 I have it on 2.8 right now since I'm only leveled.

This truck came out sweet!! Great job. I wonder if he still owns it?? Did you guys align after lift was installed with big tires?!!!! 6” zone lift I had installed on my 2015 ram called for stock wheels and tires to be aligned. Is this right any feedback would be greatly appreciated!! 🤙🏻
yea you need the alignment.
I know this is a little late but if you have a 1500 or 2500 with 4x4 it already has a 4” lift, go with a 6” and then go with 35 or 37’s. I have 37’s on mine.

My question is: I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 4 door CLASSIC 4x4, will this 4" lift work with 20x12 and 35x13.50x20 wheels with out any rubbing or would I be better to go 6" lift?
Looks like you'd have minor metal trimming with a 4 inch lift and possible slight rub at full turn. A 6 inch lift would be no rubbing or trimming most likely and little if any.

I have the same year, make and model truck and did the 4 inch lift with 20x10 inch wheels, but with 35/12.5 x 20 with no rubbing. In the end the extra width of those 13.5 tires on the 12 inch rims and most critically the offset and backspacing of the particular rim will be the determining factor.
What is the cost on a lift like this one, same tires and wheel combo?

Any tips for getting my motometal 20x12 wheels balanced correctly? They have shook since day one. I even bought new tires and they still shake. I have been to 3 different places to get them balanced. at 65-70mph its horrible.
Positive its the wheel/tire setup? Maybe youre due for an alignment or new joints and bearings

4:04 says no rubbing with minor plastic trimming
There's still a spot where it rubs slightly on the wheel well plastic but only in reverse with the wheel cranked to the left. A small screw will fix the problem which I plan on doing this week.

I have a 2016 ram 1500 on 35x12.5x20 with 4” lift and front tires are rubbing...do I need to trim?
Depends on when it's rubbing. If it's only when you're cranking the wheel going in or out of an inclined driveway I wouldn't worry too much. If it does it every time you turn a corner, I'd probably trim it. It's usually just minor plastic trimming or even just a small screw to hold the plastic wheel well out of the way.

You'll have to do some but if you know what you're doing or have Custom Offsets do it you will barely notice if at all. They actually have a 2010 with a 4" that they did if you search their channel.

I think 35x20's wirh fender flares and little less sticking out tire would make the truck look more complete

Currently going through the same predicament. The only thing holding me back is I also work out of my truck and load/unload the bed often with tools/materials and I know ima be kicking myself in the ass if I raise that rear up lol.. To top it off I’m like 5”8.
I'm just a little bit over 5"9😁 I don't think you'll have issues with the front and rear lift and I work out of my truck as well I'm in the fire wood business and just put the truck to the test in the logging roads old and new oh one more thing I put on some M/T tires on 33/12.5 r20's 👍 and effen works fine 😁

Less offset, not as wide of a wheel! No spacers!

what is the rear shock selection
Due to the vairation in the factory stance, BDS offers 2" rear coil spacers (standard) or 3" rear coil springs. Measure your vehicle and order the appropriate rear lift height to get your desired stance. You can check out this kit here!
